As rapid development of today's social and economic, to enhance economic growth, various types of development zones and industrial park are built in China for investment promotion and capital introduction. The achievement and performance needed by government and leadership of enterprise. They focus on catching on the production and sales blindly, but ignore other functional departments within the enterprise management and the cultivation of the talent of the enterprise. Cause low employee satisfaction to the enterprise and quit in turn.The loss of enterprise human resources seriously affect the enterprise staffs collective consciousness, not only cause employees fear and mistrust of the enterprise, even affect the enterprise team construction drastically and greatly reduced the enterprise cohesion, which will take enormous resistance for enterprise to achieve organizational goals, frequently loss of human resources, may even affect the enterprise's reputation and credibility in the industry. Therefore, doing well in human resource management, effectively incenting and retaining talent are the problem need to solve urgently for each enterprise.This study base on the loss of human resources in Kumho Petrochemical Shenyang Co., Ltd Shenyang. Combining related theory of economics, management science and psychology, list three typical cases of the enterprise human resources management. Analyze the reason of losing human resources of Kumho Petrochemical in-depth from three aspects that enterprise employee training, career planning and enterprise salary management. Finally, it puts forward the enterprises to solve the current problems and Countermeasures:establishing and perfecting the system of staff training, career planning management formulated a fair and reasonable salary system. Hereby put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problem of enterprise present, establishing and improving the staff training system, planning staff career management, and establishing fair and reasonable compensation system.This research have effect on meeting the needs of employees in material and spiritual level, arousing the enthusiasm of employees, increasing staff to enterprise's cohesive, loyalty enhancing the enterprise the management ability and the comprehensive strength and so on to Kumho Petrochemical. And provide the reference to other enterprises don't pay attention to training and retain talent of the enterprise, but only focus on enterprise production and sales.
