| Since the 90 "s in twentieth century, domestic and foreign banks have carried out the dynamic bank reengineering movement, the core of which is the banking business process reengineering. Facing the new trend of changing customer demand, intensified competition in the financial and financial disintermediation, reengineering the bank is an important choice of banks to actively change management mode, to seek new profit growth point. Corporation business is an important part of banking business, and the corporation business is the fundamental of the public business, the corporation business reengineering success of bank business has an important influence. Therefore, the study of corporation business process reengineering has important practical significance.In this paper, the business process is a generalized process, includes both front service on the customer’s business processes, bank accounts processing process, risk control, centralized operations, and organizational structure, corporate culture, performance management and so on of comprehensive management process. The former is an important channel of bank value creation, risk management and the background value of the guarantee system were reception business processes based on front business.On the basis of the domestic and international theory on bank business process reengineering, from the bank I worked for of theory with practice, I analyzed the process status and advantage of Bank of China branch in Liaoning Province since 2010 a new generation of business processing system online. Starting from the core idea of business process reengineering "taking customer as the center", I carried on the analysis to the problems existing in the process, and puts forward some improvement suggestions, and targeted from the banking organization structure, business focus, network transformation, performance assessment and improvement measures. The research of this paper has some reference value for other banks to the corporation settlement business process reengineering. |
