| At this stage,in the process of building “a service-oriented” government,the taxpayers’ satisfaction is the main starting and ending point for the work of the current tax authorities.The national taxation system has made painstaking efforts in implementing the opinions of the two offices,deepening the reform of the administration and service and optimizing the business environment.A lot of work has been done in tax reduction,spring action and smart tax construction,but in the face of economic globalization and the influence and promotion of big data,taxpayers have put forward new requirements for tax services of taxation authorities.In the face of these opportunities and challenges tax services of tax authorities urgently need to be of high quality and improve the satisfaction of taxpayers and ratepayers.Based on the modern tax governance perspective through the modernization opportunities and challenges faced by tax authorities,this paper explores the issues related to the work of Dingxing County,enhancing taxpayers’ satisfaction.The theoretical basis and survey methods of taxpayer’ satisfaction surveys are first introduced,and the current state of development of modern tax services id explored in relation to specific indicators.Secondly,data analysis was conducted from the primary and secondary indicators themes to study the influencing factors of taxpayer’ satisfaction,while the problems exposed in the tax service work of Dingxing County Taxation Bureau were analyzed.The main problems are that the tax service management system is not perfect,the tax policy publicity and counselling is not comprehensive enough,the tax risk prevention and early warning mechanism is not sound enough,the internal supervision and control mechanism is not reasonable enough,and the performance assessment and incentive system is not scientific enough.Finally,in view of the problems affecting the improvement of taxpayer’ satisfaction the five aspects of improving countermeasures were proposed,namely,building a firm service guarantee,doing a good job of fine service,doing a good job of investigation and evaluation,enhancing the service concept,and improving the assessment reward and punishment.Through analysis I believe that the traditional tax services are not no longer able to fully meet the needs of taxpayers,Continuously optimizing the level of tax services of Dingxing County Taxation Bureau,further promoting the improvement of taxpayers’ satisfaction perfecting the refined management of tax-related elements,and taking the needs of taxpayers and ratepayers as the guide,the integration of various modern elements applied to the work of taxpayers’ satisfaction is the direction of development of tax services for tax authorities,only then can taxpayers’ satisfaction efforts be advanced in line with the requirements of modern tax governance. |
