Research Of Producer Services Agglomeration Effects On The Urban Development Of Shenyang

With the development of economic globalization and information technology the global industrial structure from the "industrial economy" to "service economy",cities in the change of industrial economic development with a corresponding change,the city in a corresponding change of industrial economic development.The global industrial structure from the"industrial economy" to "service economy" transformation,producer services in the service industry development in the process of gradually dominate.Industrial agglomeration as important rule in the city's economic development process,the agglomeration of producer services become a prominent phenomenon in the process of city development,and become the main engine of urban economic development and the necessary conditions of international production.Therefore,on the basis of related research,this paper discusses influence of urban development of producer services agglomeration and the mechanism of action,become an important research topic of era significance.In recent years,Shenyang producer services gets rapidly development,and is developing agglomeration scale to a certain extent,which influences the urban development.This article in view of the development level of producer services cluster in Shenyang and degree of urban development,researched on the influence and the mechanism action of producer services agglomeration effecting on urban development in Shenyang.Firstly,this article from the view of industrial structure,space form,and land use etc.,probed the path of producer services agglomeration effecting on city development,and construct the concept model of producer services agglomeration effecting to the urban development.Secondly,using location quotient,spatial G coefficient,and spatial autocorrelation model calculation method,it analyzed the degree of producer services agglomeration and urban development in Shenyangquantitatively and qualitatively.Finally,based on the analysis of producer services cluster and urban developmentin Shenyang,this article used the agglomeration analysis,Analytic Hierarchy Process and grey correlation analysis method researched on influence degree and mechanism of producer services agglomeration effecting to the urban development.From the angles of associated impact and space impact,it put forward some proposals on optimizing the reasonable development of Shenyang city.The results show that the degree of producer services agglomeration effecting to the urban development in Shenyang is bigger,and it had better improve the level of productive service industry cluster development and optimize its structure of development,to expand the leading role of urban development.Through this article research results,to some extent,it enriches the research content of the relationship between the agglomeration of producer services and urban development and provides some reasonable development suggestions for Shenyang city.
