With the development of communications and Internet technology,electronic channels has become an integral channel for marketing and customer service in the communications industry,which was the add channels of the physical channels in the past.The operational efficiency of electronic channels will be an important factor to decide the future competitive position of telecom operators.Fuxin's communications market potential is in a leading position in the country; it is also one of the most competitive cities for operators. Therefore Fuxin Mobile is necessary to launch a more in-depth study on the operating mode and development strategies of electronic channels. Hence, they can full play the replacement value of the remuneration of electronic channels and promote enterprise in the local market share.In this paper,the development situation of Fuxin mobile electronic channels was summarized and the problems about it has also been analyzed.the insufficient capacity of the electronic channels, unbalanced development, low utilization rate were the three questions which were pointed out. In view of the problems the paper analysis the causes of the problems electronic channels lack of a unified operating mechanism, lack of precision marketing and lack of innovation ability.On this basis,the improved scheme of Fuxin mobile electronic channels development and strategies were put forward:Enhance the shunt capacity, change "passive" to "active marketing"; enhance the short board, promote the balanced development of electronic channels; perfect "multistage architecture" system and establish a unified operation mechanism to precise marketing and promote division. Implement the electronic channel image integration strategy and mobile phone client development and promotion strategy.
