In 21 Century,human society entered the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become the key factor of enterprise core competitiveness.How to make full use of the knowledge resources of enterprise team to improve team performance becomes the focus of research.Many scholars focus on knowledge showing,but it is not useful when it is used for company.Therefore,some scholars started to research knowledge hiding which is a new concept,and they confirmed the existence of knowledge hiding behavior in enterprise and organization,they believed that knowledge hiding has the impact at business development.Knowledge hiding behavior can be influenced by the team atmosphere,and it will affect the team performance.Although the research about relationship of team atmosphere and team performance has become mature,but few people pay attention on negative intermediary variables,the empirical relationship between the knowledge hiding behavior and team performance has yet to be verified.In order to explore the relationship between the three,to improve the performance of the enterprise to provide a theoretical basis and management recommendations.This paper mainly studies the relationship between team atmosphere,knowledge hiding behavior,team performance,and the effect of knowledge hiding behavior in the team atmosphere on the team performance.In this paper,we explore the impact of team atmosphere on team performance from team level,and use knowledge hiding as the intermediary variable.The knowledge hiding behavior,team performance,team atmosphere and the relevant theoretical research of the variables are analyzed.On this basis,Build the theoretical model,and propose the research hypothesis.Draw on the existing maturity scale,design and revise the questionnaire,survey and collect data.Using EXCEL and SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software to analyze the data from 102 teams.According to the results of empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: Team climate has a significant positive impact on team performance;Team climate has a significant negative impact on knowledge hiding,knowledge hiding behavior has a significant negative impact on team performance,The dimension of team atmosphere has a significant negative impact on the active hidden dimension,which has a significant positive effect on the passive hidden dimension;Knowledge hiding has a significant negative impact on team performance,and the active hidden dimension has significant negative impact on team performance;Knowledge hiding behavior plays an important role of mediation effect in therelationship between team climate and team performance.According to the research conclusion,some suggestions are put forward,they are about how to create a good team atmosphere and reduce the knowledge hiding behavior.At last,the shortcomings and prospects of the research are summarized.
