Spatial Difference Research Of The Impact Of Water Affairs Market On Regional Economic

Nowadays along with China's economy developing rapidly,the environmental pollution especially water and air pollution becomes increasingly serious.Water marketization has been one of the hot spots among scholars.The past research mainly focused on the management model and trend,the industrialization model and the games between stakeholders during the water marketization reform,etc.On the other hand,empirical research mostly focused on water market management performance,formulation of water price and water right transaction demarcation.However,there are few researches on relationship between the water marketization and economic growth.But also,in the research on water marketization process,space effect of areas was always neglected.This paper took zhejiang province as an example,and applied spatial econometric model system to study the management of water market in zhejiang province how to affect economic growth of different regions.During designing the theoretical model,on the one hand,the author made it corresponded to the "five water work" advocated by zhejiang province.On the other hand,in empirical analysis,the author applied 11 space variables of zhejiang province and then further verified the water market development impacted on the spatial economic,to make reference on the way of different regional water markets' development and coordinated development between the former and the latter.At the same time,the author also hope to make practical suggestions on the degree and orientation of investment for the government.First of all,the study introduced the water market,based on the theory of spatial effect,and made further expounds about the spatial dependence of regional economic,and suggested networked and externality are the theory system that water market spatial spillover effects on regional economic growth;Secondly,based on the regional economic spatial dependency theory,the study applied exploratory data analysis(ESDA)to analyze 11 counties of zhejiang province on spatial autocorrelation and spatial pattern of economic development.As well as,the global Moran's I statistical index indicates that all the county economy in zhejiang province shows obvious spatial dependence;Finally,the author studyed empirically the impacts that water market made on the regional economic growth by spatial econometric model.The results show that: firstly,elasticity of labor output becomes larger,fiscal expenditure elasticity gets smaller,elasticity of water price and water industry investment is positive against the output of the economy;secondly,the development of water market orientation in zhejiang province in 2005 appears negative spatial spillover effects on regional economic growth,however,the positive spillover effects in 2013;thirdly,spatial spillover effects of water marketization falling sharply.Finally,according to the above conclusions,the paper put forward some policy suggestions about water marketization development.
