Research On Development Strategy Of SY Company (2016-2020)

With the continuous development of the economy, the development of domestic enterprises ushered in a favorable environment for development. However, the globalization of economy makes the enterprise faces an increasingly fierce competition environment. In order to obtain the competitive advantage, enterprises have to adjust the development strategy and the development direction to adapt the increasingly fierce and complex competitive environment. In recent years, the practice of strategic management shows that the design of effective enterprise strategy can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Currently, Study home and abroad has achieved fruitful research results about strategic management theory and strategic management method, which provides a rich theoretical basis for the case studies in this article.The case study on SY Company, first of all, this paper uses resources capacity analysis method for analysis of SY Company development resources and operation management ability. And in the analysis process, this paper analyzes the existing problems of SY Company. Then, this paper uses the PEST analysis model to analyze the political environment, economic environment, social environment and technical environment of SY Company's development. Through the analysis, this paper comprehensive evaluates the development of SY Company's internal and external situation. At the same time, we also uses the questionnaire survey and structured interview method to research SY Company operation management ability. Based on the survey, this paper uses strategic match analysis to evaluate the match degree between SY Company operation management capacity and SY Company strategy. This paper found that the match degree between SY Company's operation management ability and SY Company's development strategy is neutral.Finally, based on the previous literature review and the analysis of SY Company development strategy, this paper reconstructed and decomposed the strategic objectives for SY Company. And then this paper uses SWOT analysis model to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of SY development, and puts forward the development of SY Company should take SO strategy. Based on SO strategy, we design SY Company strategy from the development, marketing, organization, production and business development. The conclusion is that SY Company can gain competitive advantages through the development of the suitable products and services.
