Cntering on the Yingli Textile Co.,Ltd, which explored its existence anddevelopment with the change of interior and exterior environment., present articletakes use of the methods of integration of theory with practice, qualitative analysisand quantitative analysis to make a thorough investigation and study for thedevelopment strategy of Yingli company.First, it has made fully analysis in macro-environment and industrialenvironment in order to find the developing chances and existing weakness.Second, this paper also deeply analyzes the competition capabilities, includingof value chain analysis, human resources organization system analysis, humanresources analysis, financial analysis, product analysis;uses the theory of cone-forceto establish the cone-force evaluation index of Yingli company and through thatanalysis and evaluate the core-force that Yingli company has possessed.According to the result of outer environment analysis, competition capabilitiesanalysis ,SWOT analysis, this paper puts forwards and evaluate a strategic object andstrategic plan as a proposal and describes the related measure for the company.
