H Company of Power Generation which is made up of two well-known domestic power generation group belongs to a nuclear power company, set up in 2006. It is responsible for the construction and operation of six nuclear power plants with million-kilowatt. We make efforts in world-class with the trust of public, providing users with safe, reliable, economical and clean nuclear power, for the adjustment of regional energy structure and lowering energy consumption and reducing.With the slow development of economy and the impact of the power structure, H Company is currently facing major difficulties in terms of power consumption. In effective response to this difficult situation, H Company is making strategies to strengthen the power of research and open the market. Through analysis, as a new nuclear power companies to enter the market, having the advantage of clean energy, but how to find the right strategy, good for its long-term development, in the market with the imbalance of supply and demand, is an important topic of research. We must firmly grasp the opportunity of the new round of power system to promote the research and implementation of marketing strategy, to achieve the best level of profitability of enterprises. In this article, applying the knowledge of Business Administration, through the analysis of H company, which is facing political, economic, technological, social and other macro-environments, a comprehensive analysis of its existing and potential customers, human resources and the competitiveness of its own, outside competitors. The Adoption of marketing and other related theories of 4P'S learned from the MBA courses, we should study and formulate a new round of electricity power system marketing strategies adapting to the current market situation.In the situation of the reform orienting the electricity system to marketing, and the Power oversupply in the region northeast, through changing the current marketing mode to promote nuclear power generating and being online. As for marketing channels with an increase in direct sales and exclusive sales, increasing the power of credit products and power pack products in terms of products, increasing the ladder pricing strategy in product prices, strengthening the maintenance of public relations and advertising investment, these measures is good for power consumption of H Company.
