Semiconductor manufacturing process is a complex, high cost of manufacturing industry, with the gradual increase in the semiconductor market competition, the end customer demand for semiconductor manufacturers also become more demanding, especially in the product update iteration fast, low cost and scale trend is increasingly evident today, advanced process technology, low cost and high yield has become an important standard to measure the competitiveness of semiconductor companies. On behalf of the advanced technology of the process equipment installation is clearly playing an important role in the whole manufacturing process, the results of the installation of the process equipment will directly affect the profit and efficiency of the semiconductor industry.In this case, the project management of the lean to the manufacturing facility will be a priority for many semiconductor wafers. The core idea of lean management is to eliminate all invalid labor and waste, with the least input, get the most output, and eliminate waste. With the evolution of the future more sophisticated semiconductor technology, we must choose and evaluate the more lean management mode, so as to use the shortest time and the most efficient, and deliver the factory.In this paper, we take the T semiconductor factory as a specific case, and make a concrete empirical research on the lean management of the process tool installation project. Firstly, this paper describes the relevant research background, significance and research review, and then describes the specific case, analysis of the problem, the process of the installation process to reflect the various problems have been fully explained T Company in the lean management of the short board has increasingly become one of the main bottlenecks restricting its development. After that, this paper based on the current situation of the management of plant development, according to the existing value of the flow, the process equipment installation process, project management process and research analysis, according to the characteristics and laws of the lean, it has established a new value stream for T company's own characteristics, and full use of lean tools to achieve the value maximization. Specific implementation, this paper analyzes the project from the perspective of lean, reduce the waste and the value of the part, shorten the project period and reduce the cost. Through the continuous optimization of the value stream, the index of the project is constantly improved.The principle of full participation and continuous improvement in lean concept provides a practical, effective and feasible suggestion and specific plan for solving the specific problems of Lean Project Management. The main tool of PDCA cycle theory and A3 analysis is to improve the activities of enterprises.
