At present, the management mode of Thousands ton large-scale refinery project are quite different, which requires actively exploring the advanced and effective management topologies, In order to ensure the ability of PetroChina in batching large-scale refinery projects, and meet the needs of the development in refining, researches of the application of new management topologies are highlighted to promote the rapid development of Petro China in the relative business.IPMT management mode has been successfully introduced into PetroChina and has been implemented in many large-scale refineries. Although this mode has made significant achievements in large constructions, it is not recommended that simply copying foreign IPMT management mode in realistic projects. PetroChina should make improvement and judgment according to the factors such as construction site, project characteristics, external environment, internal characteristics and other supporting conditions, and targets to choose a suitable and. sustainable management mode. This thesis aims at the methodology in building new large-scale refinery, while ignores the not old factory renewing projects, because of the easy application of new technology, less influence of old factories and less limited environments which is very suitable for using IPMT management mode.Under the above conditions, this thesis focus on the application of IPMT management mode in SC petrochemical project, explore the conditions of IPMT modes and analyses the problems existing in organization management. Such as the cases of cooperation between owner and management companies, organization structure, appointment, authorization level, contradiction or conflict between employees in department and so on. Using the relevant theory of quality and schedule management, this thesis analyses the cases of PetroChina on quality and schedule management problems in construction of a large-scale refinery project. The thesis also provides the beneficial reference and countermeasures.At the position of the owners, this thesis combines both the theory and practice, using the research method of literature review and empirical research method, gives questions in three factors of organization, quality and functions. This thesis develops a set of management mode suitable for PetroChina large oil refinery project and provides a successful model and a wide range of applications.The First chapter is the introduction, which mainly explaining the research background, research significance, research methods and contents, and lists the paper structure.The second chapter gives descriptions of SC petrochemical enterprise and the selection of oil refining project management mode. IPMT management mode of the present situation of the application on the SC petrochemical projects and problems are also given.The third chapter is case analysis. Based on modern project management theory and reference project, project management, project management, organization and management, communication and conflict management, quality management, schedule management, and other related theories, the advantage and feasibility of IPMT management mode are given. Using the above analysis method, research and analysis of the IPMT management mode in SC petrochemical projects in the organization, quality and progress are introduced.The fourth chapter introduces the management countermeasures and Suggestions, in the view of existing problems and reasons in the present situation, gives the optimization Suggestions and solves the problem.Finally, in the conclusion, a brief summary of this thesis is given, the research significance is highlighted.
