Application Of Benchmarking Of The Property At The X In The Performance Appraisal

With the gradually accelerating informatization,urbanization,marketization and internationalization process of our country,accompanied by social transformation,enterprise restructuring and the transformation of government functions,a large number of the government's social management and public service functions are being transferred to the community.With serving the growing needs of community residents the importance of personalized and diversified,property management is becoming more prominent.X Property Department as an important part of the CQ Mining Division,has both business and social attributes.In order to achieve sustained,healthy and rapid development of X Property Department,enhance business performance,X property using the method of benchmarking and started benchmarking management activities in the CQ mining area.But there is still some problems in the standard management of the application process.Based on the theory of performance management and benchmarking theory,based on the standard management of specific implementation process.The principles and concepts will be integrated into the standard management of business performance at which the X property.This paper uses the fish bone analysis and analytic hierarchy process to determine the enterprise level key performance indicators.Then through data envelopment analysis among other mining property and public property management company at the contrast select an effective decision-making units,established business models.By analyzing the critical success factors of business models,looking at the X property own problems,and proposed improvements to make benchmarking process management applications in X property at performance appraisal more perfect.
