Factors Affecting Research About The Cotton Price Fluctuations In Shandong Province

In the real situation of the cotton price volatility,this paper discusses internal and external factors affecting cotton price change from the angle of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis in Shandong province,and gives the relevant policy recommend attentions according to the results of the study.Influence the internal factors of changes in prices of Shandong Province cotton research shows that the changes of cotton planting area, production and yarn production in Shandong province have a long-term impact on provincial cotton price change;All recorded changes in cotton production and cotton planting area changes impact on cotton prices in the long term and short term has obvious regional differences;Changes in cotton production and cotton planting area have more significance impact on cotton price changes of other cotton-growing region except the northwest cotton growing area of Shandong Province;Yarn production changes only have a significant impact on cotton price in the short term, and the effect is more obvious.The research of external factors of cotton price change in Shandong Province shows that,there is a strong conmovement change between Shandong province cotton price changes and other large cotton growing province price changes;And cotton cultivation facing common external shocks and policy environment is the main reason of conmovement between Shandong cotton price changes and other cotton province cotton price changes;Cotton price change significantly affected by the provincial cotton planting in Shandong Province.The research conclusion of this paper reveals that in order to stabilize the cotton prices, the measures have obvious difference in different cotton growing areas in Shandong Province.Also reveal the importance to form the cooperation mechanism between Shandong Province and other province cotton planting area from one side,be the comprehensive policy recommendations to maintain the province cotton price stability and orderly development of cotton market.
