The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge worker as a carrier of the enterprise knowledge and information, is a powerful driving force for enterprise's innovation development. Over time,80's and 90's board the stage of history. They become a new force and the main force in all industries. They are positive and optimistic. They received higher education, have kinds of work styles and open-minded pursuit of freedom. Therefore, they often have strong creative abilities, and also have their own work characteristics.In this study, after a lot of literature to read, we built a model of psychological capital, job involvement, creative behavior, leader-member exchange of new generation of knowledge workers. We put forward the hypothesis that psychological capital has a significant positive impact on creative behavior, psychological capital has a significant positive impact on job involvement and its dimensions, job involvement and its dimensions has a significant positive impact on creative behavior, job involvement has the mediate role between psychological capital and creative behavior, leader-member exchange has the adjustment role between job involvement, and creative behavior.By 304 questionnaires of new generation of knowledge workers, we parsed datas and tested the hypothesis. In the end, we got the final conclusions:psychological capital has a significant positive impact on creative behavior, psychological capital has a significant positive impact on job involvement and its dimensions, job involvement and its dimensions has a significant positive impact on creative behavior, job involvement has part mediate role between psychological capital and creative behavior. This study not only reveals the mechanism that psychological capital effects on creative behavior through job involvement, but also provides a theoretical foundation for the managers to improve the creative behavior of new generation of knowledge workers. This study provides clear direction for human resource management and development. It's also be helpful to promote the construction of enterprise innovation atmosphere and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
