The intensification of competition among companies in a complex and volatile environment has made managers realize that employees are the key to a company's continuous competitive advantage.Only the wisdom of aggregating employees can help companies achieve the opportunities for survival and development.In this context,corporate managers and scholars pay more and more attention to employees' suggestions.Employee voice can not only help the organization improve its competitiveness,but also help improve the sense of belonging of employees and facilitate the implementation of organizational decisions.However,it cannot be overlooked that voice is a challenging and transformative behavior and there is a certain risk.In China,where “the peace is expensive”,when there are problems in the enterprise,most employees will choose to silence rather than voice,and they tend to carefully protect yourself.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes which factors will affect the employee voice behavior.This article focuses on employee voice behavior in the context of China.Based on social exchange theory,the leader-member exchange is used as an antecedent variable,and the mechanism of interaction between the two is discussed.At the same time,feeling of energy is introduced based on the coordination theory as a mediator variable for leader-member exchange and voice.Combined with the cognition interaction of individual cognition and environment,psychological safety was introduced as a moderating variable,and a mechanism model was established to influence employee voice behavior.This study used regression analysis to process the data.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)The leader-member exchange has a significant positive impact on all dimensions of the voice behavior;(2)Feeling of energy plays an intermediary role between the leader-member exchange and the various dimensions of the voice behavior;(3)Employees' psychological security has a significant regulatory effect on the relationship between energy feeling of energy,promotive voice and prohibitive voice,and there is no significant adjustment effect between feeling of energy and leadership voice.This article takes employee voice behavior as an entry point,based on the empirical research results,combined with related theories and practices,puts forward some management suggestions.
