Researches on the antecedents of voice behaviors have received extensive attention from scholars.More and more organizations begin to value and encourage employees to make suggestions.Existing research has focused on the relationship between ethical leadership and voice behavior,but its deeper role path has not yet been well revealed.Existing studies have focused on direct relationships or mediating role between ethical leadership and voice behavior,and have seldom delved deeper into the psychological level to explore deeper psychological mechanisms.Based on the previous research,this paper uses SPSS,LISIREL,AMOS and other data processing tools to conduct an empirical analysis of 265 valid questionnaires collected online to explore the impact of ethical leadership on voice behavior,and the mediating role of leader-member exchange,psychological safety,and psychological empowerment between ethical leadership and voice behavior.The results of the research are as follows:(1)Ethical leadership has a positive impact on voice behavior.The leader-member exchange mediates the relationship between ethical leadership and voice behavior.(2)The influence of ethical leadership on voice behavior has two specific psychological paths,namely "ethical leadership-leadership member exchangepsychological safety-voice behavior" and "ethical leadership-leadership member exchange-psychological empowerment-voice behavior ","Leadership Member Exchange-Psychological Safety" and "Leadership Member Exchange-Psychological Empowerment" respectively play a chain intermediary role in these two paths of action.This article studies and enlightens leaders or teams:(1)Ethical leadership is particularly important for advocacy,and managers should improve the level of ethical management to inspire more subordinates' advocacy.(2)The establishment of a highquality leadership-member exchange relationship has an important impact on voice behavior.Managers and employees should establish a good personal relationship,which helps employees to more actively engage in work,thereby better for the organization's Suggestions for development.(3)The mental state of employees needs more attention.Psychological safety and psychological empowerment both help employees transform external situational factors into their own motivations.Therefore,leaders can choose to pay attention to employee psychological construction and pay attention to the way employees feel to promote more employee suggestions.
