Core talents are the source of corporate profits.They create a large amount of wealth for the company.They are directly related to the sustainable development of enterprises.KH Company is a corporate champion that sets research and development,production,sales in one of the medical diagnostic products.Marketing staffs are the company's most valuable human resources.They are the carrier of the profits of enterprises.Their dissatisfaction will affect the enthusiasm of the work,greatly reduce work efficiency,and thereby affect the overall profitability of the company.Their loss will bring a fatal loss to the enterprise.The dissertation takes the core marketing staffs in KH Company as the research object,takes the core marketing staff incentive mechanism as the research content,and constructs a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism to improve the core marketing staff's work enthusiasm,to create more profit for the company KH,and to realize motivation effect maximization.This dissertation mainly refers a large number of relevant researches on the core talents incentive mechanism and marketing personnel incentive mechanism.On the base of the reference of domestic and foreign literature,this dissertation constructs the following researches:Firstly,the dissertation introduces the meaning and content of the core marketing staff and incentive mechanism by domestic and foreign scholars.On the basis,the dissertation defines the core marketing staff,and determines the incentive mechanism of research content.Secondly,the dissertation takes the investigation and analysis to the status of core marketing employee incentive in KH Company,mainly understands the situation of marketing staff in KH Company,and has carried on the meaning of the core marketing employee in KH Company.On the base of the questionnaire survey,the dissertation understands the satisfaction,demand and losing factor of the core marketing employee in KH Company.Thirdly,according to the basis of the survey,the dissertation deeply discusses the problems of the core marketing employee in KH Company from the material incentive mechanism,the spiritual incentive mechanism,and the growth incentive mechanism.Fourthly,the dissertation puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme according to the problems from the material incentive mechanism,the spiritual incentive mechanism,and the growth incentive mechanism on the basis of the fairness,difference,long-term and short-term incentive combination.Finally,in order to ensure that KH company core marketing plan the smooth implementation of employee incentive mechanism,this paper puts forward the leading support,personnel training,fully communication,continuous optimization and so on four aspects of the safeguard measures.
