Chayuan District Logistics Development Planning Study Based On Industry Competitiveness

The industry leading the national economy,it's also the key to promote regional economic development.At present,the world economy has entered “the transition era”,as in the first round of global industrial division of labor in the high-end gathering resource to Europe and the United States,the low agglomeration in China and Southeast Asia to break the pattern of production factors in China,such as labor costs,land resource sand other traditional advantage gradually lost,with low cost and scale win coming of age the end.In the new round of industrial sector and the division of labor,we need to find a competitive industry,regional economic development to help to achieve the high-end strategy.Regional logistics is an important part of the regional economy.On the one hand,the regional logistics can reduce the cost,to improve the efficiency and level of regional economic activities,enhance the competitiveness of the regional economy.On the other hand,the regional economy provides the prerequisites and impetus to the development of regional logistics development.In order to realize the rapid rise of regional economy,must consider the economic zones and logistics development present situation,understanding the contribution of logistics industry park of industrial competitiveness,to development of logistics park lack of recognition,ensure the coordinated development of logistics capability in the park and the park economy.In this paper the Chayuan area as the research object,through the characteristics of the logistics demand and the industry form the logistics demand of the park.Firstly,the main component analysis method is applied to evaluate the economic development level of the Chayuan area,and to analyze the competitiveness of the tea industry.Secondly,based on the distribution of the competitiveness of the tea industry,the logistics demand characteristics of Chayuan area,especially in the competitive industry,are analyzed,and the gray model is used to forecast the total logistics demand in the new district.Finally,according to the logistics supply situation and existing problems,combined with the basic situation of logistics planning,focusing on the competitive industry logistics needs,from the logistics infrastructure,logistics information platform,logistics policy platform,logistics four aspects of the new area of Chayuan planning.
