| Aviation logistics is an important branch of modern logistics, it combines transport, storage, handling, distribution processing and distribution together, forms a complete service supply chain, thus providing users with integrated service model. Being diffierent the traditional transport modes, it treats the airport as the main body, takes advantage of the modern information technology, integrates resources, connects supply and receive places, makes raw materials or finished goods efficient and beneficial for circulation and storage from origin point to terminal point, thus achieving the guarantee the demand of customers.Chongqing aviation logistics has developed fast and begun to take shape, but there is still a big gap with the surrounding mature aviation logistics system. There is a large number of stealth aircraft resources in Chongqing airport, but has not got a very good use, how to plan and improve the current development of aviation logistics mode, forming perfect aviation industrial base is a topic with practical significance. This article focus on discussing the key issues of aviation logistics development-constructinal mode of air logistics base, conditions and challenges for construction, as well as the contents about logistics forecast and industrial planning. Meanwhile, Kang Weisi breaking point was used to forecast the Chongqing aviation logistics.By reconstructing Kang Weisi breaking point model we calculated the balance point of power between Chongqing airport and the neighboring airport, and according to the distances away from Chongqing, we divided the distances into three levels of which contributed differently to Chongqing aviation logistics, thus obtaining a certain innovation for predicted value of Chongqing aviation logistics.In addition, from the actual view, we analyzed industrial layout and development strategy of Chongqing aviation logistics base, hoping to provide a viable development program for Chongqing aviation logistics industry. |
