Improving the quality of employment is an important measure to improve the people's livelihood. This article aims to discuss the universality employment quality at national level by quantizing evaluation of employment quality. The writer tried to examine the impact of international trade on China's employment quality from the perspective of the financial service trade. And examine the impact of international trade on China's employment quality from the perspective of the financial services business through constructing the VAR model and impulse response and variance decomposition. Since subjective indicators which policy significance and scientific significance are very limited have no reliable data and limitations, employment quality evaluation index in this paper are objective indicators. The results show that the insurance service trade effects on the quality of employment more significant. Insurance services exports can promote the quality of employment, insurance services imports can inhibit. Financial service trade has weak influence on the quality of employment. Financial services imports promote the quality of employment. In the short term, imports of insurance services and financial services imports have promote influence on the quality of employment.
