| In the environment of the economic globalization, the enterprise project management is a very important strategic advantage to develop in the fierce competition. Project Management Maturity Model (PMMM) is a hotspot in the research of project management. PMMM is an evaluation to measure the enterprise's level of the application of project management. PMMM is used to help people to measure the position in the phase that leads project management to excellence, PMMM provides a frame for improving the project management level of an enterprise. And the research and application of PMMM in China is preliminary. As the application researches to PMMM are all based on fuzzy theory before, this paper points out to use grey theory to evaluate the PMMM. And the results proved the validity of the assessment.Firstly, this paper summarized the research level and state quo of the PMMM inside and outside of China, and found that most of the model used in the evaluation of the study are fuzzy evaluation, in view of this, this paper contrasted fuzzy theory to grey theory, and points out grey comprehensive evaluation is a more suitable research method to PMMM. In the following, it build a more convenient and suitable evaluation index system for Chinese local culture of enterprise PMMM, according to the evaluation of the domestic and international project management maturity of the index system. In accordance with the construction of indicators, A five-level system to determine the level of evaluation criteria was build. And it compared several methods to determine the weight, points out to confirm the weight of factors by means of AHP. At last, a certain forest firm was selected as evaluation object and enterprise project management maturity was evaluated by means of the grey comprehensive evaluation according to the assessment of experts. And it analyzed and summed up the result, and gave some improvements. The practice result showed that grey comprehensive evaluation can be used to evaluate the PMMM. |
