Research On The Pricing Problem Of Product And Its Additional Services Under The Vertical Channel

In recent years,with the further refinement of social division of labor,logistics enterprises will face unprecedented challenges.Among them,the warehousing logistics enterprise how to improve its level of customer service and adapt to the fast change of market demand in the complex market environment,which has become an issue that warehousing logistics enterprise must focus on.logistics performance evaluation is one of the core issues of management studies,whether the performance evaluation index system and the evaluation method are reasonable or not has important significance to study logistics enterprise operation conditions as well as their advantages and disadvantages.So the research about establishing a scientific and reasonable to reflect the operation conditions of warehousing logistics enterprise has a practical significance.In this paper,warehousing logistics enterprise is the study object,According to the characteristics of DEA method principle and warehousing logistics enterprises to establish performance evaluation index system and model,Through DEA relative efficiency analysis the index of warehousing logistics enterprises in each months of the year and puts forward the improvement measures,so as to realize the overall effective.Firstly,the principle of data envelopment analysis(DEA),the basic evaluation steps of DEA and three models of DEA(C2R model,BC2 model,highly efficiency model)are introduced,These theories are the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,the characteristics of warehousing logistics enterprise and the existing performance evaluation index are analyzed necessarily.the performance evaluation index of warehousing logistics enterprise from three aspects of inventory control input,time efficiency and service level are introduced,then each evaluation index is described and the corresponding DEA model is introduced.Lastly,combined with the actual survey data of the enterprise,Data envelopment analysis(DEA)method in the C2 R model,BC2 model,efficiency model has been applied,Through LINGO11.0 linear programming software analysis the index of warehousing logistics enterprises in each months of the year and Its evaluation result is available for warehousing logistics enterprise managers to control operating conditions and improvement,and verify the effectiveness of DEA.The performance evaluation system of warehousing logistics enterprise is a complex system relating much factors.It is not persuasive to evaluate the performance of warehousing logistics enterprises completely by single or a little of index.In this paper,the performance of warehousing logistics enterprises is evaluated,and it’s evaluation purpose is to improve the level of customer service,reduce the inventory cost and increase the quality of inventory control.The three basic models of DEA are creatively used to analyze the performance evaluation of warehousing logistics enterprise from inventory control input,time efficiency and service level.Then the key factors which restrict its development are found out and effective improvement scheme is given.
