With the rapid development of China's economy, the state has increased investment in infrastructure, green building materials, metal ceilings are more widely used in infrastructure projects. Henan Huan Yu Industrial Co Ltd sells American Armstrong (Armstrong Co.Ltd) decorated ceiling products. Armstrong is an American-owned mineral wool board, metal ceiling enterprises, the main products are sound-absorbing mineral wool panels and metal ceilings. Armstrong was founded in 1860, now Armstrong has a global network for its products. Armstrong is industry leading brands.Metal ceilings was used in China for many years, Huan Yu Industrial Co. need to develop and implement an effective marketing strategy firm, in fierce competition in the market. This study will focus on how to develop and expand the company's marketing strategy:First. The article analyzed Henan Huan Yu Co., Ltd..the main contents and structure of the research infrastructure to customize and brand as the main innovation. Then researched developed marketing strategy improvement and implementation measures. Secondly, from the macro and micro environment Huan Yu Industrial Co., Ltd.. Finally, made a SWTO analysis of Henan Huan Yu Co.,Ltd.,we get that metal ceilings industry product lifecycle forward mature phase of the transition from the growth stage, product profitability is in a contraction phase space, but because of China's rapid economic development, a large number of infrastructure construction, metal ceiling industry is still thriving.This study analysis the current situation and marketing strategy of Henan Huan Yu Co., Ltd., the crux of the the problems, and described the company's currently marketing problems in terms of the price system, sales channels and marketing methods. Subsequently, combined the company's actual situation, using of marketing strategies theory, from a rich product line, adjust pricing strategy, broaden the channels, customization services, and register analysis, seeking ideas, methods and direction of solving the problem, and put forward reasonable proposals for the company's operation of the market.Finally. put forword organization, the team, institutional, financial and other aspects, improve marketing strategy and put forward various safeguards for Henan Huan Yu Industrial Co..
