Risk Management Of Small Household Electrical Appliances In Research And Development Process

With the establishment of China's market economy, the world situation change quickly, the global economic landscape is remodeling, intensified the trend of multi polarization, the market environment change rapidly. All kinds of uncertain and influential factors are growing increasingly, face the risk of enterprise research and development project is more and more complex. Therefore, strengthening risk management of the research and development has become a close attention to the issue of enterprise managers. Small household electrical appliance enterprises generally face the risks in the process of product development, the process of risk management of product development is the basis of fully recognize, comprehensive analysis and careful assessment, dare to predict, and actively take effective measures to effectively control risks.Based on the risk research of small household electrical appliances in product research and development, to find out the risk factors and causes, in order to establish an early warning mechanism or take appropriate forecasting strategy to lay the foundation for risk managers, take the most economical way to decrease or reduce project development risks that may lead to adverse consequences to a minimum and adverse limit of management methods. In this paper, by discussing on the risk of small household electrical appliances in product research and development, systematically discusses the R & D projects risks of each stage in the life cycle, and identified the risk factors in the research and development, and on this basis, the establishment of risk evaluation index, risk decision making appropriate, so as to provide reference for risk management and prevention. The risk of enterprise R & D faces increasingly intense and unpredictable, urgent need to establish effective R & D risk early warning mechanism and system to predict, control and treatment research and development risks, in order to minimize risk, maximize the profit of the enterprise, to provide a reliable guarantee for the long-term development of the enterprise.
