At the same time, as the increase of the production factory, the company requirements branch of Materials & Spares independent management and accounting, so this design joined materials-spare parts two grade library management, so as to realize the total library allocation, bank leads with the consumption pattern.The thesis will discourses from the following chapters: project background and significance, introduction of Company information development, system requirements, system design, develop and realization process, system test and launched, the conclusion and expectation. During the transformation process, the main emphasis and difficulty is to interface Supply & Marketing system and Weighting Metering system which developed by different developer. After confirming to use the telegraph text way to interface, we carried detailed negotiations, and finally determined the detailed way of interfacing. We did a lot of testing, guaranteed the stability of the system. At the same time, according to requirement of the Wire Rod final examiner, we alone designed the Warranty Book-The Mechanical Determinant system which has been put into use, and interfaced with Steelmaking Inspection and Analysis system by means of database, realize the interconnection and interworking of these software. This part is also reflected in the article. After various efforts and a long time test, the interfacing work has been basically conform to the anticipated effect. Overall system performs stable, is entering the maintenance stage. The last part of the thesis prospects the future work.
