With the increasing proportion of service industry in the national economy, academic research on service supply chain becomes more and more essential. As an important part of service supply chain, logistics service supply chain has received wide attention of scholars in recent years. This paper puts forward individual demand-oriented logistics service supply chain which is a new branch of logistics service supply chain. Logistics service supply chain is essentially a capacity cooperation supply chain. Based on the complexity of individual demand-oriented logistics service supply chain, study the ability of coordination problem of cooperation is particularly important.First of all, combined with the theory of individual demand and logistics service supply chain, the definition of individual demand-oriented logistics service supply chain is given. From the perspective of the clients' individual demand, the functional logistics service providers and logistics service integrators are integrated to use and integrate the resources of the whole logistics service supply chain efficiently through the analysis and decomposition of the individual demand of logistics services and collaboration the logistics service supply chain of enterprises in order to provide individual logistics services solutions to clients, pay attention to personalized customer experience and realize the maximization of customers' utility and satisfaction. Making comparison between the traditional logistics service supply chain and individual demand-oriented logistics service supply chain, combined with the characteristics of individual demand-oriented logistics service supply chain, we put forward the research ideas of splitting and integrating individual demand. Secondly, based on cumulative prospect theory, we establish the order allocation model of individual demand-oriented logistics service supply chain using the method of multiple objective programming. The monocycle order allocation model is established and then the model is extended to multi- period. This paper also gives the method and specific steps of solving the multiple objective programming model. Combined with the reality, a numerical example is given. Variable analysis results show that the higher the degree of uncertainty, the greater the total cost and the lower satisfaction of functional logistics service providers. On the other hand the larger the relationship cost coefficient, the greater the total cost and higher satisfaction of functional logistics service providers. This paper studies the quality supervision and coordination issues of individual demand-oriented logistics service supply chain, designing and constructing the process of quality supervision and coordination. In the process, combined with the characteristics of individual demand in out sourcing logistics services, constitute the quality supervision group composed of logistics service integrators, functional logistics service providers and customers. Considering the characteristics of the difficulty to monitor service product quality, combined with strategy choices of logistics service integrator and functional logistics service provider, a game model of quality supervision and coordination is set up. And then we obtain the Nash equilibrium solution of the game model. Analysing the variables of Nash equilibrium solution, the relevant inferences are obtained. Combining with the results of the game model, some suggestions about the logistics service supply chain quality supervision and coordination is proposed. Finally, sum up the main research results of the thesis and prospects of the further research direction of the individual demand-oriented logistics service suply chain...
