At present,in face of the growing trend of customized logistics services demand,many logistics enterprises not only provide customers with mass service,but also begin trying to meet the demand of customized service and considering a change in the logistics service mode at the same time.Namely,they try to provide the mass customization logistics services instead of the mass logistics services.In the environment of the mass customization logistics services,in order to meet individualized service requirements of customers and achieve the capabilities to offer large-scale service,a lot of logistics enterprises form a logistics service supply chain(LSSC)by means of union and integration.In face of multiple functional logistics service providers(FLSPs),the effectiveness of scheduling by logistics service integrator(LSI)is the key factor of improving the efficiency of LSSC.However,order insertion situation is commom in the scheduling of LSSC.In the order insertion situation,the LSI usually needs to reschedule and make new dicisions.Therefore,setting the mass customized mode as research background,considering the order insertion situation,this paper built several scheduling models of LSSC to explore this field.This paper first analyzed the research status of related theory on logistics service supply chain,and then reviewed the research achievement on mass customization,order allocation,order insertion scheduling and customer order decoupling point(CODP).Based on these literature review,this paper carried out this research in four parts:(1)Research on order allocation model of two-echelon LSSC based on order insertion.We built an order allocation model to determine the optimal order allocation plan based on order insertion with three objectives: minimizing the total cost of LSI,maximizing the comprehensive satisfaction degree of the FLSPs,and minimizing the average order completion time.(2)Research on the optimal decision of CODP for inserted order scheduling in LSSC.We explored the effect of the service volume and price of the new order and the scale effect parameter of LSI on the CODP decision.(3)Research on the optimal decision of CODP based on order insertion,time and capacity constraints.In this part,we did a deeper research on CODP decision problem in the order insertion situation.(4)Order insertion scheduling performance evaluation of LSSC based on ELECTRE.We proposed a performance evaluation index system in three level: new orders,original orders and system operation.In the end of this paper,research findings and future research directions were presented.
