Research On Risk Management Of Software Outsourcing Project Of Large-scale Insurance System

With the rapid development of the insurance industry,insurance companies are carrying more and more insurance businesses.In order to improve the market's competitiveness,to adapt to the development of the market both at home and abroad,the insurance industry is constantly improving the insurance business platform,and introduces the advanced project management ideas to the development of the insurance software project,to control the project risk.However,in the development and management of insurance software projects,many companies do not really implement the effective use of risk management methods,in particular the major business system transformation and innovative large-scale insurance outsourcing system project in the insurance company.Compared with small and medium-sized insurance system projects,the system is more complex,longer period,involving more departments and personnel,and more difficult to obtain relevant management experience,and its corresponding risk management difficulty coefficient will greatly increase than the difficulty coefficient of risk management of small and medium-sized insurance system projects.This paper based on the software outsourcer's perspective,for the different aspects of the existence of unique risk management of the large insurance system software outsourcing project's requirements management,plan management,schedule management,defect management,resource management,through the use of PMBOK,CMMI,Scrum project management theories and methods for risk management practices and research,in order to minimize the risk management problems in related projects,reduce project cost,improve project quality,ensure project success,and enrich the theoretical research results of related types of problems.
