In the continuous development of economic globalization today, the competitionbetween enterprises has changed from the past market competition and product competitioninto the ability of competition and talent competition. Talents have become the socialprogress and economic development of the important driving force and the first resource,among them, those who have mastered make enterprise healthy development importantknowledge, information, technology, knowledge workers have become the backboneenterprises to create value, the essential key human resources. Therefore, how to understandthe knowledge type employee real needs, establish a scientific and effective knowledge staffsalary system, so as to arouse their work potential, improve their innovation, become theenterprise management now and in the future to consider the important issues. To carry outthe knowledge type employee salary the system optimization research can enhance theemployees a sense of belonging to the enterprise, conduce to retain talent, talent training, toabsorb talents, make knowledge talent turnover rate is greatly reduced; on how to establish amodern enterprise management system at the same time has the Chinese characteristic, howto solve the loss of intellectual employees in state-owned enterprises in China problems of thesalary system scheme; for civilian battalion enterprise knowledge staff salary system designand provide reference.This paper first uses the staff interviews, questionnaire survey, analysis and discussionof written information department in JY company knowledge employee compensation statusof the diagnosis, and find out the existing problems, and then to identify the problem, throughthe internal and external competitive salary, salary structure analysis, the presentcompensation system existence question reason make diagnosis; then, in the diagnosis of thefoundation, to seize the problem existing in the salary system, incentive system, from thebasic wage system, all puts union enterprise welfare system, statutory welfare system and soon several aspects on the salary system of optimization and formulation optimization scheme;finally, make use of the optimization scheme, from the implementation process, theimplementation of the supporting measures and target evaluation in three areas to developeffective implementation plan. Based on the importance of the knowledge workers and the salary management ofpractical significance, this article on the JY company knowledge employee compensationsystem optimization carried out in study, the results show that: first, JY company is facingmore and more intense market competition, coupled with the company ’s existing problems,lack of internal equity of salary system, does not have the market competitive, greatly reducethe staff enthusiasm, prevent employee ability effectively, leading to knowledge employeeturnover rate increases; second, salary is a lot of incentive method in one of the most effectivemeasure, can play the role of knowledge type staff potential, to maximize the value ofenterprises, to attract outstanding personnel, meeting the needs of the enterprises, but also forenterprises to keep the talents, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises; toestablish a scientific, reasonable salary system, not only can create a highly efficient, stableworkforce, but also give full play to their potential, to create maximum value of enterprise,realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
