In recent years,for the convenience of urban residents travel,the government vigorously strengthen the development of urban rail transit.With the development of urban rail transit,there are a large number of professionals engaged in the development of urban rail transit.They have the core knowledge resources,such as land ownership planning,rail transit project construction,equipment procurement,fixed assets renovation,etc..Cultivate a professional engaged in rail transportation professionals need long-term training and practice,spend a lot of money and material resources,but enterprise always face of employee turnover,resulting in the loss of a large number of enterprises professional knowledge resources,thus affecting the normal operation of the enterprise development.Therefore,under the environment of knowledge economy,it is imperative to the implementation of rail transit enterprise knowledge management,as the difficulty of rail transit enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation has become one of the more urgent and important work.First of all,this paper analyzes the connotation,principles,objectives and specific content of enterprise knowledge management.And on the basis of the theory proposed rail transit enterprise knowledge management theoretical framework,to lay the solid theoretical foundation for the next step research;secondly,for rail transport enterprise actual situation and characteristics,in the full understanding of the existing evaluation index classification,design principle and the establishment of the basic method using Delphi method established a set of evaluation index system of rail transit enterprise specific.At the same time,using the analytic hierarchy process,judgment matrix was established,to determine the weight of index system of track transportation enterprise,formation of rail transportation enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation index system;on the basis of,through to Beijing Rail Transit Enterprise Analysis and investigation,in the form of expert questionnaire and achieved a series of research data,combined with the corresponding research method to calculate a series of related data and the data analysis,thus confirming the feasibility of rail transit enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation index system,and offer help for the railway transportation enterprise under a step of knowledge management.
