Study On The Innovation Of Cross-border RMB Business Of China(Guangdong) FTA

The three FTA of Guangdong,Tianjin,Fujian were formally established on April 21,2015.Due to the differences in their geographical and cultural backgrounds,the tasks that three FTA can undertake are not the same,one of the major tasks for Guangdong is to promote the development and the innovation of cross-border RMB business,and the most of financial innovation policies are involved that aim to better develop cross-border RMB innovation business,then to promote economic development in the region,strengthen communication and cooperation with foreign countries,and to accelerate the internationalization of the RMB.However,cross-border RMB business innovation,as an emerging business comprehensive,involves a wide range of business and no precedent.For this reason,it requires Guangdong Free Trade Area to explore constantly and research continuously during the conduction of the business,that we can learn more about its meaning and risks.In this paper,we have analyzed the advantages and the challenges of conducting cross-border RMB business innovation in Guangdong FTA as well as the advantages and disadvantages during cross-border RMB business innovation practice in Guangdong Free Trade Area of and we also put forward some relevant policies and recommendations,the development and the innovation in the future cross-border RMB business innovation has great significance on economic progress of Guangdong Free trade area,as well as strengthening of foreign exchanges and cooperation,and it also has a great effect in accelerating the process of internationalization of the RMB.In this paper,the structural arrangement is divided into six parts: The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of this paper,the present status of research at home and abroad,research ideas,methods and possible innovation and deficiencies;the second part is current development of cross-border RMB business,introduces the changes in the course of development of cross-border and cross-border RMB business volume;The third part is the advantages and challenges of carrying out cross-border RMB business innovation,mainly talking about the possible opportunity,geographical advantages,investment environment advantages and the advantages of innovative financial policy and other aspects,and we also analyzed what challenges we will face during the conduction of such business;the fourth part is the practice of cross-border RMB business innovation in Guangdong FTA,it introduces several innovative cross-border RMB business in Guangdong FTA,and it also analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of these businesses;the fifth part is the effect of innovative cross-border RMB business in Guangdong FTA,it introduces the influence on the state,enterprises,financial institutions,individuals and Guangdong FTA itself when carrying out innovative cross-border RMB business in Guangdong FTA;The sixth part is the measures to promote cross-border RMB innovative business development in Guangdong FTA,mainly talking about how to solve these problems when facing these challenges,and it has given some appropriate countermeasures,and proposed that Guangdong FTA should seize "along the way," added RMB to SDR,CIPS system on-line operations and other opportunities,for better to promote the innovation and development of cross-border RMB business.
