Study On Innovation And Evaluation In The 3pl Mode Of Company-t Cross-border Electronic Business Platform

In this paper,on the basis of the cross-border electricity supplier logistics related theory,we combines with our existing cross-border third party logistics mode,put forward to solve the logistics innovation model based on the existing scheme,and takes the T company as the blueprint for scientific research innovation mode,put forward the feasible suggestion for the third party logistics industry development of the cross-border electricity supplier.The arrangement of the chapters are as follows: the first chapter includes the research background,purpose,significance and specific research methods,and focuses on the content,the technical route and the innovation of the dissertation;the second chapter introduces the related theory of cross-border electronic business platform and the three party logistics,and provide a theoretical basis for the development of the research;the third chapter is based on the existing cross-border electricity supplier of the third party logistics service model,which explains its advantages and disadvantages,build a new model of systematic,scientific and creative,develop the third party logistics business for business enterprise Reference;Chapter four describes the the innovation model,evaluation methods,construct the integration model of index hierarchy,it uses Yaahp software design the corresponding weights,so as to lay a foundation for the specific evaluation work;chapter five in T company as the case background,take qualitative and quantitative combination,the company of fuzzy hierarchical evaluation operation,according to the comprehensive evaluation results are presented proposals for development of company.The results showed that "M-1-M" third-party-logistics innovation mode is more suitable for T company's short-term interest and long-term development.From the cross-border logistics control and monitoring system,cross-border logistics services,the four aspects of cross-border logistics technology and logistics of cross-border economic performance to strengthen cross-border business platform third-party logistics innovation mode of operation is proposed.
