As the first shares of Guangxi tourism and the leading enterprise of tourism industry in Guilin, after capital operation, GL Tourism Corporation has been reorganized from a state-owned company to a listed company with modern shareholding system. The development of GL Tourism Corporation from a state-owned enterprise to a modern enterprise is of important value for study and implementation of state-owned enterprise reform and for the development of Guilin tourism industry as well as Guangxi tourism industry.This thesis introduces the current situation of the development of GL Tourism Corporation, the dilemma and the selection of the existing strategy. Detailed analysis is made for the current problems and the dilemma. With the analysis of the external environment, the internal resources, the core competiveness and the key success factors of GL Tourism, the factors which block the development of GL Tourism Corporation and the weaknesses in management to be improved have been found.Taking advantage of the favorable opportunity of building Guilin an international tourist attraction, deepen the reform and streamline the administration by focusing on the advantages of the enterprise and high quality assets and disposing of non-performing businesses, so as to develop the enterprise in a way of group integrative operation with the support of internet. In accordance with the features of the tourism, this thesis approaches the selection of strategy of GL Tourism Corporation from the vigorous development of tourism e-business, innovation of tourism products, smart tourism and group integration operation. A feasible integration operation plan is proposed in connection with the utilization of e-business in the company. In conclusion of the thesis, under the context of the new economy development, the rapid development of the global internet industry, and the outburst of the international tourism, GL Tourism Corporation must count on such technologies as the mobile internet, the internet of things and smart tourism to improve its service quality and develop the enterprise through smart tourism and group integration operation by integrating its internal resources.
