Research On The China's Logistics Industry And Low Carbon Economy Coordinated Development

Low carbon economic development model has been widely concerned by all countries in the case of shortage of energy resources and environmental pollution.It is one of the fundamental ways to achieve sustainable development of social economy and resource environment.China's economic model is changing from the industrial economy to the service economy.The development of logistics industry has become the leading force in the service industry.However,China's logistics industry is still stuck in the traditional way of development with high energy consumption,high emission and high pollution.Speed up the development of low carbon industry in the logistics industry and promote the development process of regional economic low carbonization,which is of great significance to realize the sustainable development of social economy.This dissertation analyzes the development level of China's logistics industry and regional economic development from the energy consumption,carbon emissions,carbon emission efficiency,carbon emission efficiency and economic growth efficiency.It analyzes the interaction between logistics industry and low carbon economy development from carbon emissions and economic growth in the provinces by Eviews6.0 software.Based on the coupling theory and coordination theory,the coordinated development index system of logistics and regional economy is built,and the coupling coordinated development model is used to calculate the coupling and coordinated development of the urban logistics industry and regional economy in 30 provinces of China in 2000-2013.The research results show that China's logistics industry development level is still low,large energy consumption,high carbon,and regional low carbon economy growth rate has steadily increased,that will be improved again in progress.The influence of logistics industry and regional economy has a great difference on the fixed assets investment,number of employees and energy consumption in every province and city,and the interaction of the coastal area is developing better.Therefore,optimize the logistics industry layout,adjust the development mode of economic structure,improve the efficiency of logistics energy use and reduce the logistics of carbon emissions,only in this way can logistics industry and regional economic be well developed.
