Study On The Development Strategy Of Changjitu Cross-border Economic Cooperation Zone

The overall national economic development mainly relies on the accumulation and mutual cooperation of economic development in different regions.Economic development of various areas is supposed to take national policies as the center and premise,and concern geography,culture,humanities environment,traffic environment and history evolution as important factors.Some regional economic development trend reflects the fundamental national policies tendency,and the rapid development of a key area can often bring more areas to prosperity.The economic development research according to regional geography is also the research of such a trend of economic flow,and this is the preparation for the full range of economic development of the regional economic in the future,even for the global economic.This paper mainly studies the development strategy of Changjitu cross-border economic cooperation zone and development trend of coordination between Changjitu cross-border economic cooperation zone and surrounding areas.2009《Chinese Tumen River Area Cooperation Development Planning outline-Changjitu as the pilot zone of development and opening up 》was officially approved by the State Council,turning into a national strategy.But why now economic growth rate of Changjitu is not as fast as the eastern coastal area and fall behind.Choosing Changjitu cross-border economic cooperation zone as the object of this study based on the following three major reasons: First,Changjitu cross-border economic cooperation zone as the central economic zone in Northeast China,connecting up to the Hadaqi industrial corridor of Heilongjiang province,close down to the Shenyang economic zone and Liaoning coastal economic zone,just from the point of view of domestic geographic scope with respect to the surrounding area,it has a major economic nexus location.If good planning between the major economic zone traffic problems,the prospects of the Changjitu cross-border economic cooperation zone is bright.Second,economic globalization leads to more and more close link among the world and various regions,and the economic cooperation between Mongolia,Russia,South Korea,North Korea and other countries next to Changjitu cross-border economic cooperation zone with China has already started as early as decades ago.For Changjitu cross-border economic cooperation zone,although the environment of the neighboring countries is complex,on the whole has been suited for a steady development of the economic zone.Also,the spatial pattern of the revitalization of northeast old industrial will constantly adjust,the national policy tendency of northeast old industrial base and economic development.The three northeastern provinces of Jilin,Heilongjiang,Liaoning Province,is not only an important resource base,but also the country’s old industrial base,development strategy an important part.It made important contributions for the country’s economic development and export of industrial products for a long time.The significance of this study is,first comprehensively sets forth the situation of Changjitu the development and opening up pilot zone,and summarizes the failure lessons of countries coping with the multilateral trade during the period of Changjitu cross-border economic cooperation zone.Second: estimates the risk for the economic development of Changjitu cross-border economic cooperation zone and summarizes and forecasts the benefits and disadvantages by government policy,making Changjitu the development and opening up pilot zone seize the historic opportunity in the economic transition,to become another important economic growth pole of Northeast Asia.This paper studies the development strategy of Changjitu cross-border economic cooperation zone from Changjitu geographical area,traffic problems,neighboring countries,resources,and other aspects of national policy.The author thinks we should strive to seize the opportunity,find and fill our own shortcomings,rapidly revitalize Northeast China.
