Research On The Countermeasures Of Improving The Economic Performance Of The Cross Border Economic Cooperation Zone Between China And Vietnam

Cross Border Economic Cooperation Zone is still a hot topic in the field of academic research. It not only plays a vital role in the National Geo political and economic level, and determines to the long-term development of the relationship between country and country with a certain extent, but also plays a huge role in promoting the economy development of border areas. However, the current academic, which researching the economic performance on the promotion of cross border economic cooperation zone, are less. And, specific measures are also not rich and mature. Therefore, it is very important to enhance the Countermeasures of cross border economic cooperation zones and economic performance, which to enrich the theoretical basis of cross-border economic cooperation, to be good for the cooperation zone and improving the economic performance, to be good for the scientific and rational development of the economic cooperation zone.Based on the geo economic theory, growth pole theory and the review of related research on cross border economic cooperation zone, this paper defines the economic performance of cross-border economic cooperation zone, sums up the basic elements of economic performance and describes the evolution mechanism of economic performance, in order to construct the research framework and theoretical logic of this paper. In this paper, we analysis the economic factors of the economic performance of cross-border economic cooperation zone, which from the point of view of economic factors. The conclusion we can make is that basic construction investment, production capital investment, investment in science and technology education capital on the GDP influence is small. Besides, this paper also puts forward the question that the consistency of the strategic objectives of trade is not high, the relationship between the international relations and the cultural relations still need to be further raised, and the problems raised from the aspect of ecological environment.This paper puts forward some countermeasures from three aspects of economy, society and ecological environment, aiming at the problems raised in this paper.Firstly, to optimize the environment of cross-border economic cooperation zones, to improve the standards for the construction of cross-border economic cooperation zones. Secondly, to improve the financial cooperation and information sharing service level, to improve the efficiency of foreign investment. Thirdly, to increase investment in science and technology education, to sure sustained growth in the amount of investment in education. Fourth, to strengthen the joint strategic awareness of international trade cooperation between China and Vietnam on the macro level, andto develop the product market and to stimulate trade demand on the micro level. Fifth, to solve the problem of territorial disputes, to promote cultural exchanges, to promote international relations and cultural relations. Finally, to build a green industrial park, to develop the concept of low carbon economy and circular economy.
