Evaluation Of Transformation Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors In Resource-Based Cities

Resource-based city, relying on abundant natural resources, make a great contribution for our country's economic and social development, but with the continuous exploitation of resources utilization, resources city into a "resource curse".For long-term dependence on resources exploitation of resource-based cities, urban transformation in a timely manner, seeking a healthy and sustainable development path is imperative. First of all, this article refer to the basic theory at home and abroad to define the transformation of resource-based cities, the transformation efficiency and resource-based city transformation efficiency. Second, thoroughly analyzed the domestic and foreign research progress in the transformation of resource-based cities, the economic, social and ecological environment of input and output as the index, build the resources city transformation efficiency evaluation index system, using DEA method is an object with Baishan transformation efficiency of Baishan city from 2006 to 2014 has carried on the empirical analysis. Finally, the use of the geographical probe model analyses the influence factors of Baishan city transformation efficiency, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure, provide the basis for work next to continue to carry out the transformation of resources city. This article is divided into six chapters altogether, the concrete research content is as follows:The first chapter is introduction. Illustrates the research background and research significance and the content of this study, this paper analyzes the case study area, and gives the technology route of the study.The second chapter the basic theory and research progress at home and abroad. This study defines some of the concepts, such as resource—based cities, the transformation efficiency and resource-based city transformation efficiency,on the basis of summarizing the predecessors'research results.The third chapter research area, data sources and methods. This paper divides of the study area. And this paper expounds the nature and social economic situation of the research region. After the missing data is filled in, this paper forms in 2006-2014 panel data. This chapter finally introduces the three research methods involved of this article—the literature research method, data envelopment analysis and geography detectors.The fourth chapter of Baishan transformation efficiency evaluation and analysis. List the resources—based city transformation efficiency of the principle of evaluation index system.According to the principle to select the evaluation index,and carry each index in detail,construct the evaluation index system of baishan city transformation efficiency. The last of this chapter uses DEA data model to calculate the baishan city transformation efficiency value during 2006-2014 and analyze to its transformation efficiency.The fifth chapter of Baishan transformation efficiency impact analysis. Summarizing predecessors' research results, and considering the ease of data collection, finally select 6 types of baishan consisting factors affecting transformation efficiency detection index system,using geographical probe model to find the factors which affect Baishan transformation efficiency resources in resources city.The national policy, location advantages and unit municipal district area of fixed asset investment had the greatest influence on the transformation efficiency.The sixth chapter of conclusion and prospect. This paper summarizes the main conclusions, gives the countermeasures of improving the efficiency of baishan city transformation, prospectes the future research.
