It is an important scientific concept to accelerate the transformation of economicdevelopment. It is an important urban development path to urban city’s economicgrowth which transforms development model and fosters new economic growthpoints and reduces dependence on resource. The transformation of resource-basedcities in recent years becomes the focus of attention. Resource-based Urban Transitionis an important global issue. Successful transformation of resource-based cities willhelp to achieve the national goal of building a moderately prosperous society andmaintain resource-based cities sustainable socio-economic development. Based on thetheoretical research, the dissertation carried out the transformation of resource-basedcity systems, evaluation and empirical research. The topics have important theoreticaland practical significance. There are significant innovations in the following areas.The dissertation constructs transformation of resources cities systems, andanalyzes the pressure systems, power system constraints, thrust system how to supportthe force to jointly promote the development of resource-based cities and evolution,and argues the feedback loop of the system and their mutual coupling effects of thetransformation of resource-based cities. The dissertation uses the constructed structuretransformation of resources cities system simulation model for simulation analysis,and discusses the resource-based urban development patterns and options for therealization of a successful transformation of resource-based cities provided support.The dissertation constructs the comprehensive evaluation system whichcomposes the resource-based evaluation system and the efficiency of resource-basedcities evaluation system and determines the evaluation index system, and establishes acomprehensive evaluation model to provide basis for decision making. Thedissertation has evaluated the efficiency and effectiveness for transformation of theresource-based cities and has been of great value conclusion.The dissertation presents the concept of sustainable development based on urbangreen transformation system, the establishment of resource-based transformationsystem of urban green three-dimensional structure model, respectively, from thereasons dimensional model, the main dimensions and three dimensions on the target dimension resource-based cities green transformation system for analysis, describesthe transformation of resource-based cities green reasons, the subject and the target,and further enrich and develop the resource-based cities green transformation systemand path of the content.The dissertation makes an empirical study on resource-based cities and SWOTanalysis. Based on the transformation strategy, the dissertation puts forward theguiding ideology and carried out economic restructuring and urban transformation,social transformation objectives, measures and the path of the transformation ofresources cities, which have important reference value.Research of the dissertation has important theoretical significance and greatreference value to the China’s successful transition to resource-based cities.
