Research On Policy And Effect Of Entrepreneurship In Zibo National High-tech Industrial Development Zone

At present, China's favorable business environment for entrepreneurship and innovation stimulates the creativity of hundreds of millions of people, “Encourage people to do business creatively and drive innovation” has become a new engine for economic development. In order to adapt and lead the new normal of economic development, all regions have introduced the relevant supporting policies, such as taxation, industry and commerce, secured loans and training to support entrepreneurs. Effective entrepreneurship policies are playing a decisive role for entrepreneurs. As the maker and executor of entrepreneurship policy, the government should fully investigate the market and find out its actual needs. Under the new situation, how to break the barrier of entrepreneurship, to develop the new policies which can be completely absorbed by the entrepreneurs, and to lead the entrepreneurship development go to a new step is worth studying.The thesis introduces the entrepreneurship policies at home and aboard, and expounds the concepts and functions of the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship policy. With the fully introduction of the development of the entrepreneurship policies at home and aboard, the thesis deeply analyzes the entrepreneurship policies of Zibo new and hi-tech Zone. By introducing the entrepreneurship education, financial support and other entrepreneurship policies, Zibo new and hi-tech Zone has set up the entrepreneurship policy system in multi-level, which promotes the development of the region and injects vitality to the local economy. By using the methods of literature research, comparative research, case study and charts, the thesis studies the effect and existing problems of Zibo new and hi-tech Zone entrepreneurship policies in details, and shows the advantages and disadvantages of regional entrepreneurship policies from the quantitative and qualitative analysis. The thesis puts forward that there are some problems in the construction of the venture service platform, financial support and entrepreneurship training in the process of setting and implementing the entrepreneurship policy. For solving the existing problems, the thesis puts forward suggestions to improve and strengthen the business service platform construction, the venture system, the transformation of government functions, the financial system construction and other aspects, providing new supporting points for the rapid development of regional economy.
