Nowadays, under the background that information technology is rapidly developing and enterprises management informatization is getting highly developed, we do not know if these enterprises are able to integrate internal and external source to accomplish information data standardization,business process rationalization and decision support effectuation.By the means above,these enterprises will be the no.1 in market competition.Now the ERP system has been born,which will improve the management level of enterprises,enhance comprehensive competition of enterprise and consolidate the competitive position of enterprises by using the information technology nowadays.The implementation of the ERP system is not only a chance but also a challenge to the enterprise.Personally speaking, the enterprises must put more attention on how to improve their financial profit when they use the system. Generally speaking, the ERP could be better and better in these ways below. We will check up the implementation situation of ERP and lead the implementation of ERP In a fruitful way. Finally, we believe that the gradually better ERP will bring more and more financial profit to the enterprises.
