Performance evaluation is the basis of human resource management,and it is also an important part of it.Performance evaluation in a certain way,converting the enterprise's goals into staff specific action plan,that could encouraged employees to excel and increased work efficiency.Scientific,efficient and perfect performance evaluation can increase the employee identity and enhance their professional skills,improve the staff's subjective initiative,bring the enterprise a good,unity,harmonious atmosphere,so that the enterprise's efficiency can improve,and so obtain the maximum benefit.In this paper,we main research the personnel performance evaluation of the Panjin municipal engineering construction general company.First.through collecting and collating relevant information and literature,master the research status of performance assessment whether at home or abroad;Second,in the full use of existing research results,using the balanced the score card and key performance index method,construct the performance evaluation indicators of the panjin municipal engineering construction general company,and formulate the performance evaluation method and the examination grade;Finally,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the personnel performance evaluation is analyzed.The results show that: the engineering section manager have a high level job skills and peripheral behavior ability,which also attaches great importance to the management.However,the consciousness of engineering safety and working attitude remains to be strengthened.
