ax is the key link to support the national economic and social development,in which the taxpayer,as the service object of tax service,its satisfaction level is of great significance for the development of tax.Under the current tax policy environment of "releasing management service",it is required that tax departments around the country should improve the convenience,fairness and efficiency of tax payment from the perspective of serving taxpayers,so as to achieve the purpose of improving social and economic vitality and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of taxpayers.Then,in terms of the actual situation,there is still a lack of a unified standard system for tax services in various regions,and there are still some problems in tax services,such as service lag,lack of information technology,imperfect facilities and environment.Taxpayer satisfaction is an important standard to evaluate the service of local tax departments.Through the analysis and evaluation of taxpayer satisfaction,we can find that there are deficiencies in the service of tax departments,and then help the tax departments to make targeted improvements.This paper takes the taxpayer satisfaction of the Tax Service Department of Y City Tax Bureau as the object of investigation.Firstly,it defines the concept of tax service and taxpayer satisfaction,and discusses the basic theories of customer satisfaction,taxpayer satisfaction and tax compliance.Secondly,by means of questionnaire survey and field observation,this paper grasps the basic situation of the tax service of the Tax Service Office of Y City tax bureau,analyzes the structure of the questionnaire with SPSS,and points out the shortcomings of the tax procedure,personnel quality,tax environment and tax publicity.Finally,in view of these four defects,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.It is believed that the Tax Service Department of Y City tax bureau needs to improve and perfect the tax service mechanism,further standardize the tax procedures,and build a scientific operation flow from the aspects of service supervision and evaluation,cross department cooperation,and effective communication between tax collectors andpayers Cheng.At the same time,we should further improve the professional quality of employees and optimize it from the perspective of incentive mechanism and corporate culture.In addition,it is also necessary to improve the tax service environment of the Department,introduce information-based operation technology to improve the convenience and efficiency of tax service,and actively do a good job in tax publicity to improve the tax knowledge of taxpayers.Through the research of this paper,I hope to provide a reference for the optimization of tax service in the Tax Service Office of Y City tax bureau,so that the Tax Service Office of Y City tax bureau can better serve the taxpayers,achieve the purpose of improving the satisfaction of taxpayers,and promote the development of tax service in Y City to a high quality.
