This paper mainly uses the literature analysis method, comparative analysis method, in-depth interviews and other research methods, according to proposed the question-- analyze the problem- to solve the problem of logical thinking, based on the Shenzhen venture talent culture background, based on China’s basic national conditions and the Shenzhen market, entrepreneurs training put in play zone due to the model leading role, the win-win situation between the city and talent perspective, cultivation of entrepreneurial talents is the basic theory and Shenzhen entrepreneurial talent cultivation system, in-depth research. First of all, this paper analyzes the background and significance of the development of entrepreneurial talents, the review of domestic and foreign research, research ideas and methods, research content and innovation. Then the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial talent training defines the introduction of human capital investment theory, human resource management theory, the level of demand etc. theoretical basis and detailed discusses the cultivation of the theoretical basis and starting point of entrepreneurial talent. Then, in depth study of the overall situation of entrepreneurial talents in Shenzhen City, Shenzhen City, the main measures taken by entrepreneurial talent training and the effectiveness of the existing problems and causes. Finally, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the talents training of the entrepreneurs in Shenzhen.
