Economic globalization is the basic situation of the current international economic development, for nearly30years, the world economic system has an important shift.With the enlargement of economic scale and influence, Chinese enterprises have gradually turned into the main stakeholders and drivers of globalization.However, the multinational companies of developed countries,,still occupy the high ground of the global business system relying on research and development ability, technological innovation, talent, brand and marketing, the globalization of Chinese enterprises is still in its infancy.TBEA is the leading enterprise of our country’s electric power equipment manufacturing industry.Although it has been the third in global, the first in Asia, the index of transnational operation is still very low. TBEA is shouldering the important mission of national strategy of "going out", saving the strong internal driving force of international operation, having a good opportunity of internationalization development after the financial crisis era, but at the same time, a lot of shortage and enormous challenges in the international talents cultivation are also exist.This dissertation mainly includes following four partial contents:The first part, briefly introduces the research background for the internationalized talent cultivation in Chinese Enterprise, the development trend of economic globalization, and the present situation, the opportunities and challenges for Chinese Enterprise’s internationaliza-tion, and simply reorganizes the researching scope, significance as well as the purpose of this article.The second part,carries on the internationalization strategy, human resource planning, international strategy management and the concept on international talents; Discusses the points on the cultivation of internationalization talent team at the present in China, and the role of incentive theory, career planning, in order to providing the theory basis and the logical foundation for internal training in TBEA.The third part, reviews situation of electrical industry in domestic and international market in2012; introduces the basic information of the TBEA; from the analysis on the strategy of the twelfth "five-year plan", combining with present situation of TBEA’s internationalized talent structure, elaborates the training solutions and overall planning of TBEA’s internationalized talent team, including the pyramid structure of international taient team, and "enlargement","strong", and "top" training mode around it.The last part is a summary for the thesis and address the further study subject.
