The Policy Support Research Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Development In Our Country

Small and medium-sized enterprises plays a major role in the national economy,not only play an important role in the development of the economy,but also to help stabilize the social orde.Since reform and opening up,the development of small and medium-sized enterprise in our country is getting better and better,and it's state of development also has a lot of improvement.In recent years,the government pour more and more eye and the heart on the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.In 2003,The Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China has been officially issued and implemented.For the first time in the true sense of the connotation of the small and medium sized enterprises,then set up many of funds to help small and medium-sized enterprise development,corresponding funds for the small and medium sized enterprises and personnel support.Although small and medium-sized enterprises both in quantity and in quality got great development now,and in such aspects as market, employment and innovation have made great contribution,but small and medium-sized enterprise whole scale is small,not very good at to prevent market risks,even have the difficulty in financing.These questions are not conducive to the long-term development of small and medium-sized enterprise.This paper try to explore from the perspective of policy support in terms of existing problems in the development of small and medium enterprises.The related theory of small and medium enterprises is introduced to recognize the theory basis for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Then to some small and medium-sized enterprise development in the developed countries and districts including the introduction of policy measures to serve as a reference for our country small and medium-sized enterprise policy support.In this paper,on the basis of the current situation of small and medium enterprises development in our country and existing problems,to analysis the development of the our country small and medium-sized enterprise policy support and the problems facing,then give some advice for the construction of small and medium-sized enterprise policy support system of our country.
