Since entering the 21 st century,human resource has already become the most important resource to an enterprise,and modern enterprise competition is talented person's competition fundamentally.If one enterprise wants to seek survival and development in the modern global market,it must have an excellent staff team.Therefore,how to build a human resource management system which is suitable for its own actual situation and to give full play to the function of human resource management is one most important problem which modern enterprise managers must pay attention to.Especially in small and medium-sized private enterprises,human resource management is still in the stage of extensive management,and most of companies lack the correspondingly perfect human resource management system.This is hard to provide the necessary protection for the basic survival and healthy development of enterprises.This paper will take the human resource management research of the yingkou HYD refractory material company as the topic,start with the human resource management status of the company and focus on the study of human resources management issues.First of all,human resources management issues and reasons are analyzed.Secondly,principles and goals which must be followed by the optimization design of the human resources management have been introduced.On this basis,the optimization program of the specific human resources management of HYD refractory material company has been designed;Finally,appropriate safeguard measures to implementing above optimization program is present.
