Research On Fertilizer Supply Chain Coordination Under The E-commerce Environment

Electronic commerce is a new business model, with its efficiency, convenience and the rapid response to market trends, and many other advantages, the electronic commerce has been widely used in the supply chain of chemical fertilizer gradually. There is an important influence on the supply chain information sharing of fertilizer, inventory management, price controls, and so on. Along with our country agriculture fertilizer usage and consumption rising. Fertilizer supply chain member enterprises in the pursuit of self-interest maximization, inevitably leads to high cost of fertilizer supply chain logistics, at the same time due to the asymmetric information between the fertilizer supply and demand of enterprise, the crisis to the stability and development of fertilizer supply chain, lead to disorder of fertilizer supply chain.By analyzing the research status of chemical fertilizer supply chain and supply chain coordination under the electronic commerce environment in China and abroad, the author systematically analyze the coordination of fertilizer supply chain under the E-commerce environment based on the E-commerce Theory and Supply Chain Contract Coordination Theory. The source and influencing factors of the imbalance between fertilizer supply chain and the performance characteristics under the E-commerce environment were determined and analyzed. Based on those results, by using the method of the Coordination Contract, the author makes the quantitative analysis of fertilizer supply chain, the establishment of the coordination between the three models, fertilizer manufacturers, fertilizer distributor, fertilizer seller. The profit model of under the decentralized decision-making is analyzed, and fertilizer supply chain profit reaching the optimal range of parameter is determined. The correctness and feasibility of the coordination model of chemical fertilizer supply chain are analyzed by introducing the empirical data of the Chinese Chemical Group. Based on the analysis, the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions and measures for the coordination of fertilizer supply chain under the E-commerce environment.Through the analysis of the coordination model of fertilizer supply chain, the reasonable range of the profit parameter is the key to the coordination of the fertilizer supply chain. In addition, there are a number of competitive entities under the E-commerce environment. In order to prevent these stakeholders from pursuing their own interests, it is very important to reasonably distribute the profit of each subsidiary enterprise in the fertilizer supply chain. Fundamentally, it is ensure that all subsidiary enterprise maximize their own interests while achieving the maximization of the overall benefits in the E-commerce circle.
