With the help of Internet,the advantage of competition between enterprises is no longer only relying on cost,quality,etc.,but more and more for the fastest speed to meet the customer's experience of new products and new services,and the competition is reflected in the speed.In the past,enterprises reduced the cost of unit products by mass production,thus increasing consumer surplus and gaining competitive advantage.But it can not be ignored that this "cost centered production" approach ignores the real "material source" and "spiritual demand" of the "living water source" customers.The increasing abundance of material data and diversification of demand make the life cycle of products shorten,and enterprises bear multiple pressures,which not only shorten the delivery time,but also ensure the quality of products,and continuously improve the cost advantage and improve service.In this thesis,LT Corp.as a research object,it is a typical multi-species small batch company.Through the study of product production process and the existing delivery management of the company,this paper points out various unfavorable factors in the delivery management of order delivery of LT company.No specific application,delay manufacturing,supply chain management,production planning and control,lean production theory,and put forward control measures,the main problems in the optimization scheme of various LT order delivery cycle in the process of management.Such as demand forecasting in the management improvement,in planning method used in postponement strategy reduce the level and increase the efficiency of program planning,through the quick die change approach to shorten the process time,improve production control and Kanban management to strengthen on-site visual management,solutions and by improving the production information system to improve the efficiency of 4 measures.This can not only improve the efficiency of production and operation,but also make the whole supply chain more closely,so as to achieve the goal of improving delivery on time.The study,in our factory,not only for its production and operation and its production planning and control system management has practical guiding significance;at the same time,its research ideas,methods and results also have reference value for the hardware stamping industry.
