Return Reverse Logistics Operation Mode Based On 3PL Business Integration

With the improving of consumer demand personalize level and market competition,a lot of return phenomenon associated with e-commerce.The original logistics model has been difficult to solve the problems caused by the return.Therefore,improving or optimizing the existing return logistics system is an important issue faced by E-enterprises.As a stakeholder and participant in the entire process of e-commerce activities,3PL benefits a lot for improving the return logistics model.The use of transaction services,technical support and scale advantages of e-commerce platform means a lot for improving the return efficiency and reduce the cost of returns.Firstly,based on the domestic and international literature review of return model theory and the status of implementation,expound the differences of core features between forward logistics and reverse logistics in e-commerce environment.On this basis,a return reverse logistics operation mode based on 3PL business integration is built.Then analyze the components and functions of the system,elaborates the operation process for various categories of goods.By advantage and risk analysis system,put forward relevant proposals and measures to strengthen supervision.Then,in order to protect the new return logistics system running smoothly and efficiently,taking the key issue of members are involved or not and whether they are in a conflict of interest into account,with single-cycle newsboy model,established 3PL and manufacturers profit decision model affected by the level of the cost inputs level,solving for the optimal cost-sharing ratio between two sides.On this basis,for the conflict of interest arising after participation in cooperation,incorporate price sensitivity factor into newsboy model,explore changes of 3PL and manufacturers' profit under different price sensitivity and cost input level sensitivity,design restrictions repurchase and rebates combined contract to promote the interests of system coordinate.The study found that classification can effectively improve customer satisfaction,while increasing the return channel and reduce logistics costs.According to a appropriate proportional share of the return system operating costs can promote 3PL and manufacturers to make the best decisions.When customer demand affected by both price and return business cost input level,restrictions repurchase and rebates combined contract can effectively promote the interests of system coordinate.
